• I like the site, but what do I do now?

  Continue browsing the new website by scrolling down or by visiting different internal pages using the site’s navigation located near the top of the page.

• How can I find a particular athletic ball?

  If the name of the specific athletic ball is known, then use the search feature, which is located near the top of the page. Type in the name or style of the ball you are looking for and the results will be displayed below. Otherwise visit the online store and click on the sport the athletic ball is used for. • How do I create an account?

  Create an account by visiting mikasasports.com and clicking on the user icon  in the top right corner of the website OR by visiting mikasasports.com/my-account. Once on the account page, fill in the form fields directly below ‘Register’ and click the teal button labeled Register. Once the registration form is complete and submitted an email will be send to your account confirming the submitted information.

• Why do I need to create an account?

  By creating an account with Mikasa Sports USA, you will save time on future purchases as your shipping and other information is stored within the account. Reorder and inventory ordering is a breeze as your account records and store previous orders.

• I previously had an account with Mikasa Sports USA, why do I need to create another one?

  The new Mikasa Sports website implements a new shopping cart program which requires all previously registered users to create a new user account. We feel this shopping cart program is more user friendly and will aid in creating a better customer experience than our past shopping cart experience.

• I created a new account with Mikasa Sports USA, but I do not see any of my previous orders.

  Correct. Our new shopping cart program is not compatible with our previous shopping program thus customers will need to create a brand new account for future purchases. If you have questions about past orders, please contact our customer service representatives.
